Abstract EN

The research addresses Ahmed bin Hanbel perspective (Imam of Hanbel doctrine) in Imam Ali priority to Islam and a recognition of his great personal qualities for no party other than him through Ibn Hanbal books in the hadith which considered important source to study Islamic history in it's early ear.

The research highlights some problems that have been circulated by Muslims on priority to Islam issue and try to solve contradictions through the consideration of doctrinal necessity and political reasons which made this controversy to confuse Islamic mentality and hide historical facts in particular those Which relate to Imam Ali as the holder of legal right to succession of Islamic nation.
