After relying on Allah, I started with a comparison between Imam Ali covenant (peace be upon him) to Malik bin Harith Al- Ashta when he appointed him a governor of Egypt and Machiavelli covenant.

I found in my research one of the shared ideas between these two covenant›s that their language about to be close(similar) in term of frameworks and different in term of precise meanings.

They give legislation to the governor by which a state and its institutions can be built each according to its philosophy and perspective.

And everything owes him even if he had achieved governance with astuteness as soon as he had achieved governance he will have the right to dispose people›s property including life and honour.
