The current paper aims to highlight a form of recreational psychotherapy, namely psychotherapy using electronic games, which is still used in the Arab countries and Algeria in particular, despite its relatively long appearance, as well as some other types of recreational psychotherapy, such as sports therapy and art therapy.

If there is a shortage of specialists in this field who supervise the selection of child-friendly toys according to their age and the psychological distress they suffer, they need to be able to choose the appropriate toys according to their age.
