Childhood is one of the most important stages of the evolutionary years in which every newborn is born, where physical, physiological, sensory, motor and mental evolution are created and developed., psychologically, socially and religiously in his family, and in the social environment in which he lives, with the conditions of the family, social and school life in particular, since the latter represents the environment that contributes to the formation of the child's personality, on the one hand This interaction can also affect the psychological and educational upbringing of the Arab and Algerian children, resulting in psychological and educational problems for school age because at this stage the child is exposed to a large percentage of the psychological and pedagogical problems, and this is a necessity To ensure the most effective psychological and pedagogical methods and solutions.

Proceeding from the foregoing, this research paper seeks to shed light on the study and disclosure of the contribution of educational institutions to the educational and psychological well-being of the children of the Year "first, second and third primary" through a field study based on interviews with teachers and instructors of some elementary schools in the state Batna.

The paper concluded that the teachers of the three years of primary study adopted the activation of methods and methods of education, such as encouraging the student and involve him in all activities of the section, and give him an opportunity to express his opinion, to control the symptoms that negatively affect the psyche of the student The sample provided a set of solutions and suggestions for diagnosis And to address the psychological problems of the student and improve the educational process, and highlights this in the work on the provision of psychiatry to ensure the status of the student psychological, in addition to dedicate the role to provide various structures that serve the educational sector.
