The manuscript written by the great scholar Sayyed Al-Hussein Al-Shihristani, titled: (Yaqoot Al-Nahr Fi Meeqat Al-Hawaa wa Al-Barr wa Al-Bahr) Was considered the contemporary Islamic jurisprudence of the time.

He was in the forefront of those who look for the rulings of everyday need to adapt them with the modern developments of today that arise so many inquiries.

Al-Shihristani was at the forefront of the scholars of modernization, who adopted the actual interaction through reviving the authentic heritage.

Conscious historical lesson must have faith in modernization and do away with the historical concepts that call for backwardness and re-living the past.

This book is an important book that deals with an Islamic ruling concerning the rituals of pilgrimage to Mecca.

It includes starting the rituals with the special uniform and performing Talibiyat in the Miqats.

The debate focused on the Miqat on land and the Miqats by air and sea, where Al-Shihristani thoroughly discussed that.

I critically edited the manuscript by applying the principles of the science of recension, so that it would be ready for publishing in order to be a source for important opinions.
