Abstract EN

Chronic renal insufficiency is a chronic disease that causes the patient to choose between either blood clearance or kidney transplantation that results in death if not handled.

This research was conducted to demonstrate the significance of social support in enhancing the observance and its positive reflection.

The aim of the research is to determine the presence of the connection between social support and observance in patients with chronic renal insufficiency and to determine the differences of treatment acceptability’s degree in these patients due to the following variables: age, gender, quality of social support provided and duration of blood clearance, also aimed at knowing the relationships between the observance to the clearance’s sessions and the duration of clearance in these patients and we used in this research the comparative correlative methods and through the use of social support and therapy observance inventories applied to a sample of Chronic renal insufficiency patients undergoing blood clearance.

The finding showed a relationship between social support and observance in the individuals of the sample.

Due to the above factors, there are no statistically significant differences in the observance’s degree Attributed to the variables mentioned, the finding also shows that there is a relationship between the observance to the clearance’s sessions and the duration of clearance.
