Abstract EN

People are born Free, and resistant to slavery and tyranny; and the word of righteousness is the sign of freedom, and the history have mentioned the groups that were formed alongside the evolution of mankind have fought a resisted for so long for the sake of expressing its freedom and saying the right thing ; since the right in the freedom of expression isn’t a new thing from not long ago but it’s the companion of human across the eras, and is implemented in our era through the freedom of press, therefore this study have required me to aim to accomplish its purpose, being the highlight of chronical organization to legalize this freedom from the aspect of civil law and shariaa law if possible.
