Abstract EN

This study came to show that the difference between people in their ideas, their beliefs and affiliations in the legitimate consideration does not cancel the coalition between them, It’s also looking at the foundations of building a coalition between those who disagree, and ways to manage them in Islamic law book, Sunnah and diligence, This does not forget us the fact of the concept of the common humanity and its originality and support in the book of our God and the Sunnah of our Prophet peace be upon him.

The research also aims at rooting the issue of managing differences with the other through the Islamic reference.
