In order to carry out the inventory work entrusted by the programme management which serves the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage in Algeria, a few contacts were initially established to learn about the context of the DCW "place of work" for more orientation in the field, namely: the services of the Culture Directorate, the Environment and Forestry Directorate, the Tourism and Crafts Directorate, the Regional School of Fine Arts and associations active in the field of the protection of cultural heritage.
Regional Museum Directorates (Timgad), design offices, field architects.
The inventory work is based on collecting data enriched with bibliographic documentation and field visits with office work.
This training allowed to establish a unified inventory sheet template (furniture, real estate and intangible), with a sample of about 900 data sheets completed and integrated into the program database with the other associated deliverable.
A unique heritage was discovered and recognized with the help of trained experts.

Afin d'effectué le travail d'inventaire confié par la direction du programme qui sert à la protection et valorisation du patrimoine culturel en Algérie, on a procédé au départ à l'établissement de quelques contacts pour connaitre le contexte de la DCW « lieu du travail » pour plus d'orientation sur le terrain, à savoir: les services de la direction de culture, la direction de l'environnement et des forets, la direction du tourisme et de l'artisanat, l'école régionale des beaux-arts et les associations actives dans le domaine de la protection du patrimoine culturel.
On a pu joindre aussi les directions des musées régionaux (Timgad), les bureaux d'études, des architectes du domaine et des photographes du paysage naturel et culturel ainsi que des personnes ressources.
Le travail d'inventaire est basé sur des donnés collectés enrichi d'une documentation bibliographique et des visites sur terrain avec un travail du bureau.
Cette formation a permet d'établir un modèle de fiche d'inventaire unifié (mobilier, immobilier et immatériel), avec un échantillon d'environ 900 fiches technique réalisé et intégré dans la base de donné du programme avec d'autre livrable associés.
Un patrimoine inédit a été découvert et reconnu à l'aide des experts formés.
