تعد ظاهرة جنوح الاحداث من أبرز الظواهر الاجتماعية التي تساهم في حدوث خلل على مستوى النظم و النسق الاجتماعي العام، كما يمكن اعتبارها من أهم التعقيدات و المشكلات التي تواجه المجتمع، فجنوح الاحداث كظاهرة اجتماعية و كبعد اجرامي لها مفهوم نسبي تحدده و تصيغه البيئة و المجتمع على أساس نفسي اجتماعي و قانوني، ولما كان لها من أهمية في المجتمع الجزائري باعتبار أن فئة الشباب أهم مكون في البناء الاجتماعي، وجب الاحاطة بالمفاهيم المتعلقة بها.
و يمكن بلورة مشكلة الدراسة من خلال السؤال التالي: ما مفهوم الحدث الجانح؟ وماهي تصنيفات الشخصية الجانحة؟
Abstract EN
Juvenile delinquency is one of the most prominent social phenomena disorder at the level of systems and the general social system, and it can be considered one of the most important complications and problems facing society.
Must be aware of the concepts related to it.
The problem of this study can be crystallized by the following question: What is the concept of a delinquent event? What are the rankings of delinquent character?
