There are many reasons that can the insured failing to perform the performance stipulated in the insurance contract, it is recycled in the applying of any contract clause, it is called "exclusion clause ", or takes the picture of penalties as a result for the ence of one of the conditions which is required by law and it is called: "invalidity", or as a conséquence for the infraction of the insured by any commitments that are grown about the contract wich is called: "Down fall ".

The gool of these causes is to apply ensuring in the case when an event happened and which damaged the advantages of the insured, because in this case he can't delimit the ensuring that can be obtained the law maker interferes to organize it, and put exactitudes to defy its impacts in order to protect the insured.
