Cette étude, essayé d'aborder la problématique sur la Performance Fonctionnelle en relation avec l'engagement fonctionnel chez les travailleurs de l'établissement de la santé publique de la Wilaya de Djelfa.

, le chercheur compte sur un questionnaire bien précis pour rassembler toutes les données concernant ce sujet.

L'échantillon de cette étude a été choisi d'une façon aléatoire de nombre de 55 fonctionnaires.

en utilisant la méthode descriptive pour réaliser les objectifs de cette étude Les résultats montrent qu'il y a un niveau très élevé de la Performance Fonctionnelle chez les travailleurs de l'établissement de la santé publique de la wilaya de Djelfa et on remarque qu'il y a aussi un niveau très élevé de l'engagement fonctionnel.

Pourtant les résultats ont indiqué l'existence d'une relation positif et faible ayant une indication statistique entre la Performance Fonctionnelle, et la conduite de la l'engagement fonctionnel.

Summary: This study, tried to address the issue of Functional Performance in relation to the functional commitment among the workers of the public health establishment of the Wilaya of Djelfa.

, The researcher counts on a very precise questionnaire to gather all the data concerning this subject.

The sample for this study was randomly selected from 55 public servants.

using the descriptive method to achieve the objectives of this study The results show that there is a very high level of Functional Performance among the workers of the public health establishment of the wilaya of Djelfa and we note that There is also a very high level of functional engagement.

Yet the results indicated the existence of a positive and weak relationship having a statistical indication between the Functional Performance, and the conduct of the functional engagement.
