If a person has the right to the enjoyment of the highest possible level of physical health, so too is his right to enjoy mental health, they are two sides of the same coin, and for this new health law 18-11 patients with mental disorders surrounded a set of articles in order to ensure and protect them.

Also, the administrative judiciary, for its part, established the responsibility of the mental health insurance centers for every harm caused by the patient with mental disorder to himself or others, and this is the result of negligence and negligence in guarding them.
