تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أساليب القيادة الادارية المعتمدة من قبل مشرفي الخط الأول في منظمات الاعمال الجزائرية، الأسلوب القيادي الأكثر استخداما لديهم و كذلك درجة رضى العاملين عنه وفق منظور نظرية الشبكة الادارية.
تم اجراء الدراسة الميدانية بمحطة توليد الكهرباء جيجل، الجزائر، حيث قام الباحث بتبيئة استبانه خاصة تم توزيعها على 90 عاملا تقع أعمارهم بين 19 و 55 سنة، و ينتمون الى مختلف أقسام المنظمة.
خلصت الدراسة الى وجود جميع الأساليب القيادية التي حددتها نظرية الشبكة الإدارية مع انتشار أكبر للأسلوب الوسط، وأن مستوى رضى العاملين عنه متوسط بسبب موازنته بين الاهتمام بالإنتاج، الأفراد و العلاقات الإنسانية في الاشراف على تنفيذ العمل.

Abstract EN
This study aims to identify both styles of leadership and the most used style among the first line managers in the Algerian business organizations, as well as the employees satisfaction according to the Managerial Grid theory.
The study is conducted in Jijel unit of Electricity Generation, with 90 employees aged between 19 and 55 years old and working in all the unit departments.
The results revealed the existing of five styles of leadership with a favor of the middle style, and that the employees hold a medium satisfaction level as a consequence of the balanced combination between the production and human relations at work.
