This study aims to show the concept of creativity and present its most important theories, then highlight the role that can be played in the institution at all levels.

To reach this goal, the descriptive approach was used that provided the most important tools of study, analysis and presentation, which enabled access to some results, the most important of which are: The existence of a close relationship between organizational creativity and organizational knowledge assets, as it became clear that the ability to manage human thought is a critical skill, which reinforced the importance of knowledge for organizations, and obliged them to refine this knowledge, and update it constantly, in a way that secures its use to enhance levels of organizational creativity.

Which has a very important impact on all the activities of the institution as well as its results.
