The current study aims to identify Emotional Intelligence among kindergartens.

The study has included a sample of (100) child of public kindergartens in Baghdad In order to verify the research aim, the researcher has built a test for Emotional Intelligence after acquating theories and previous studies related with her subject, the test of emotional in telligence has include (20) items and has verifled the psychometric characteristics of the instrument of validity and reliability validity was verified in two ways: face honesty and validity of construction, and the reliability of the test was extracted, The results are; 1.

The kindergartens children have emotional intelligence.2.

The Emotional Intelligence concept of kindergartens is children not to be affected by the coefficient of type.

3.

Emotional intelligence of children is offected by parents achievement
