Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the scientific applications made by the guidance counselor, the assessment and the professional insertion in the diagnosis of the capacities, the predispositions and the interests of the applicants of formation, And to know the effectiveness of these applications in the success of the orientation process, the researcher developed a questionnaire, which he applied to a sample of (45) advisers from the sector of vocational training of Tizi Ouzou, the study achieved the following results: - The Vocational Counselor uses the following scientific applications (interview, written tests, records and documents, workshop visits, family involvement, career tests, psychological tests and questionnaires).

- The effectiveness of these applications from the point of view of the Vocational Training Advisor was as follows: (interview, tests and professional trends, observation, recordings and documents, psychological tests, questionnaire and questionnaire, and then written tests).
