تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز مفهوم الحوكمة و أهميتها في تحقيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية، حيث أصبحت منظمات الأعمال تتعدى تحقيق أهدافها الاقتصادية الربحية و الاهتمام بالجانب الاجتماعي و البيئي من خلال إدماج الاهتمامات الاجتماعية و البيئية في مختلف أعمالها و أنشطتها، فتطبيق الحوكمة هو تجسيد للالتزام المنظمة في تحقيق مصالح جميع الأطراف ذات العلاقة بيها، فالحوكمة في منظمات الأعمال هي صورة حقيقة لالتزامها تجاه المجتمع الذي تعمل فيه
Abstract EN
The purpose of this paper is to highlight the concept of governance and its importance in achieving social responsibility.
Business organizations are exceeding their economic goals and interest in social and environmental aspects by integrating social and environmental concerns in their various activities and activities.
The application of governance is an embodiment of the organized commitment to achieve the interests of all parties concerned.
