The current research aims to build a training program according to the theory of successful intelligence of biology teachers and to know its impact on the competencies of the knowledge economy.

The researchers adopted the experimental design of two groups, one experimental and the other a partial control and the post-test of the cognitive knowledge competencies of biology teachers.

(38) teachers and schools.

The researcher randomly selected (14) teachers and schools as experimental group.

The training program was applied to them and (15) teachers.

And a school as a control group did not undergo the training program and the sample consisted of (29) teachers and schools of biology teachers for the second grade intermediate, and the two groups of research of biology teachers were satisfied in variables (scientific qualification, years of service, courses, The training program was built according to the four-stage system input (inputs, operations, outputs, feedback) and was presented to a group of arbitrators to express their views and make appropriate adjustments.

The program was then applied according to the theory of successful intelligence on the experimental group in college (20) training sessions during the session (one hour and a half) starting from 17/9 until 1/10/2017.

The researchers prepared the research tool of the observation card to measure the competencies of the knowledge economy for biology teachers for the second intermediate grade.

It included six fields (educational and scientific competencies, personal competencies, communication skills and human relations, research and innovation competencies, professional development, executive competencies, And was presented to a group of experts arbitrators and the extraction of honesty and consistency and thus became the note card in its final form consists of (54) paragraphs distributed across the six areas, In order to extract the results of the research, the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was applied.

The note card was applied to the cognitive economy of the experimental and control group.

After the data were processed statistically, the results showed that the biology teachers in the experimental group who underwent the training program In the control group who were not subject to the training program in the competencies of their knowledge economyIn the light of this, the researchers reached a number of conclusions, including the effectiveness of the training program for biology teachers prepared according to the theory of successful intelligence and that played a large role in meeting their training needs.

They also reached a number of recommendations, including the adoption of the training program based on the theory of successful intelligence in training programs In addition to this study, they proposed further studies, including the impact of the training program on the theory of successful intelligence of students - teachers during their numbers in their teaching competencies and high-level thinking of their students.
