تحاول الدراسة ان تراصد منطق العلاقات العربية الروسية من حيث انها متعددة الابعاد و الاتجاهات القائمة على الشراكة الاقتصادية و التقنية و التجارية، التعاون في مجال الطاقة و السلاح و كذا الاستثمار العربي في روسيا كما انه على الصعيد السياسي تحاول روسيا دائما بناء مواقف متوازنة و عادلة من المشاكل الخلافية بين الدول العربية من ناحية و بينها و إسرائيل في ما يخص القضية الفلسطينية و القضايا العربية الأخرى
Abstract EN
The study tries to monitor the logic of the Arab-Russian relations in terms of multi-dimensional and trends based on economic, technical and commercial partnership, cooperation in the field of energy and weapons, as well as Arab investment in Russia.
On the political level, Russia is always trying to build balanced and fair positions.
On the one hand and Israel and the other on the Palestinian issue and other Arab issues.
