Abstract EN

This study sought to test the interpretive strength of porter and Lawler's prediction theory (1968), in order to clarify the relationship between the dimensions of the model in predicting the effectiveness of individuals in a sample estimated at (107) workers of the trade directorate of the state of mascara, in order to achieve this, the model was tested according to the logistics regression technique, after we prepared a questionnaire of 20 words distributed among the basic dimensions of the model : (recognition of effort, perception of returns, perception of functional role) as well as the terms of the dependent variable (individual performance), and using the descriptive and analytical approach, the results resulted in the possibility of the theoretical model in predicting the effectiveness of individual performance in the sample of the study.
