Become industrial plants medium influential in developed and developing countries force, and that they contribute to the economic growth of that country, as well as providing employment opportunities for the population and improved living standards have chosen this "medium-sized industrial facilities study and its importance in the province of Babylon," the fact that this sector contributes to the improvement of per capita income and create jobs, it is worth mentioning the need to link other industrial activities, this study include the problem of the main study, the hypothesis, and the length of time and limitations of spatial study, which includes spatial dimension site Babil province, between Dairtaard (-23.6 - 33.8) north and between longitudes (-43.57 - 45.12) to the east it is divided administratively into 16 administrative unit, an area of (5119) km 2, within the limits of the time the study took place between the years 2012-2013 and addressed the structural study three topics included the first part, the concept of facilities medium industrial and their importance and classification, while taking second topic medium industrial facilities in terms of prestige and his sons for the years 2012- 2013 came the third section of the highlights on the spatial distribution of industrial plants medium Babil province, where we found out that most of these facilities are located in the industrial district Bmdnah Hilla area because of the availability Most of the necessary supplies of transport, water and land, raw materials and labor facilities, and the most important research proposals establish procedures for the purpose of the development of these industrial enterprises funded by investors and rehabilitation of workers and their training, and to prevent goods competition to the domestic industry in the market study concludes the findings and recommendations.
