This study examines the social reality and the legislature for women in the three monotheistic religions, Venqa a painful portrait of the reality of women in Judaism and Christianity and show the extent of injustice and tyranny, where it does not inherit anything from the money her father or his property if his sons were male, and do not inherit if she marries outside the tribe of her father, and do not incur a share in the inheritance of her husband.
