The current research aims to measure the Inferential thinking among pupils of first grade enrolled and not enrolled in kindergarten To verity this aim set of null hypotheses has tested which where there was no statistically significant difference between there main scores in the inferential thinking and guessed-mean of the test, there was no difference in inferential thinking test first-grade pupils of primary according to the variable of kindergarten enrollment, and there was no difference in inferential thinking among first graders.

the population was pupils of first grade both genders in the primary schools followed to the Baghdad education directorate / second Rusafa for Baghdad's Rusafa the academic year 2015/2016 AD, stratified random equal sample has selected which were 120 pupils enrolled and not enrolled in kindergarten at (60 )male (60)female, the researchers adopted inferential thinking test of (Maliki, 2005), which contains (29) drawn items.

Results, found that pupils have inferential thinking higher than the guessed mean of the test and there is statistically significant difference in the inferential thinking between enrolled pupils and non-enrolled the benefit for enrolled pupils, and there is no statistically significant difference in the inferential thinking between genders
