Psychological security is a concept that is influenced by many factors, negative and positive, and interferes with the basic needs of the human, social and psychological as it is a complex concept to be affected by many variables, including economic and physical, so the degree of feeling and feeling of the individual psychological security is related to the relationship itself and the satisfaction of the basic needs or social or psychological.

And that the motor disability may have negative returns affect the psychological sense of the individual, which is reflected on the academic achievement and the relationship with other friends and family members, and may lead to lack of psychological security with the existence of mobility impediment to the expansion of the problem and complexity, which is reflected on the student's life and therefore On society in general Therefore, the researcher set the following objectives: 1 - Identify the level of psychological security of students with mobility.2 - Identification of the significance of differences in the level of psychological security of students with mobility-disabled by gender variable (male, female).

Note that the current research was restricted to students with mobility disabilities belonging to the Institute of happiness in the province of Baghdad / Rusafa / for the academic year 2017-2018.

The research community included (100) students and students, while the sample of the research was (40) by (20) students and (20) students were chosen randomly, and after the construction of a measure of psychological security and follow all the procedures in the construction of standards measure was applied to the sample Research, after processing the data statistically, the results showed the following: 1- Students with motor disabilities suffer from lack of sense of psychological security.2- There are differences between the sample of females and males in the level of psychological security and for the benefit of females, and the researcher put some recommendations and suggestions based on the results of the research.
