This study aimed to know (The Effect of the strategy of cognitive Acceleration in achievement the students of physics department in the college of Education for science Morfology| Ibn Al-Haitham of the subject of Mechanism and developing their Reflecting thinking) The sample of research reached (136) of first stage students | physics department and by (69) students male and female for the experimental group and (67) students male and female for control group and the researcher formulated (256) goals of behavior through the levels (Remembering; analyses; construction; evaluation) according to Bloom classification for knowledge area, The researcher repared an achievemen t-test of (50) objective item of multiple choice; besides the rescarcher prepared a test for reflecting thinking towards physics which has (30)items.

The researcher made sure of psychometric charactevistics for both tests and after treating date staitically by using the equation (t-test) for two equal and independent samples and Al-Facronabach items for finding the reliabilitof the two tests because they contain objective items.

The researcher put the two zero hypo theses and after revealing the results it appeared that there is difference that shows statically between the two groups in for the favour of the experimental group in the two differences of study achievement and the test of reflecting thin king.

So the study reached many results and their explanation and so the researcher recommends by employing the effect of the strategy of cognitive acceleration as a model for teaching in all university stages and for all subjects.
