Abstract EN

Most of the procedural and private laws with the inspected systems state the complaints and communiqués as a source to receive the information about the administrative crimes and breaches in which the particular systems treats the administrative corruption as well as the specialized administrative systems should take special procedures to ensure correct and accurate information and then the administrative investigation will happen if there are crimes and violation or breaches.To shed the light on the importance of procedural investigations and to observe the income information through the ways of complaints and breaches to the general public inspectors office and to state the field that submits the complaints and breaches to state the faculty of these offices in exulting the administrative sanctions.

This research has divided into two sections.

The first one studies the concept of complaints and breaches it also subdivided into two parts: the first part is about the concept of complaints while the second part is about the breaches.The second section is about the investigation on the income information about complaints and breaches.

It also subdivided into two parts: in the first one, the researcher focuses on the investigations in the income information about complaints and breaches while the second part focuses on the administrative investigation.

The end of research includes more important of results and suggestions of the research.
