Abstract EN

The technological and informational development contributes to the speed of access by the Maghreb reader to the oriental literary production, either in print or electronically, and it has also affected the wide knowledge of this creative heritage and the cross-fertilization between the eastern and Maghreb literature in the structure of the Maghreb novel, as we find that it includes several ancient Arab literary genres.

This study aims to reveal the areas of gender overlap between the ancient text and the contemporary text, and to highlight how the Oriental text affected the Maghreb narrative text.

Through this study, we try to make a comparison between the Maghreb literary genres and the ancient oriental genres present in the Maghreb novel (The Allamah Novel), and we seek here to highlight the influence and cross-fertilization between Oriental and Maghreb literature.

Ancient literature, including the art of rhetoric and the art of the message, from here we pose the following problem: To what extent was the Maghreb novelist text affected by the ancient oriental text, and to what extent did the Maghreb novelist benefit from the ancient oriental heritage, and how was this manifested in his creative texts?
