The current study emphasizes the concept of ruin as it represents creativity or poets' homes; it travels from homes to genuine experiences and visions.

The artistic place is just a strong sensation that shifts into the lost potentials of oneself and that does not dwell the real physical space.

In a word, the artistic place is intertwined with sensation.

However, the ruin can be a critical threshold used by poets to discover the dwelling organisms deep in their feelings when they travel between the dimensions of time and place.

Thus, this research aims at identifying the spatial transformations aesthetically from pre-Islamic ruin to its formations throughout the history of Arabic poetry
