All the leaders and thinkers carry out great thoughts and values which supererogation the real needs for their societies , at the same time, their views were built on values and thought that participate in develop the ration in the future and history of European people in general as well and especially in Germany people, because of these features, one of the most popular leader appeared in Germany in that time he is auto on bismark therefore, his impart reached to all European countries, he had made a big change or great change in German population.

Bismark worked to write Germany as as strong power and then he supported it by peace , He also controlled the outside policy completely .he did many achievements which made Germany as great power in the end of nineteenth century .
