Abstract EN

I have dealt with many researches and civilian studies in in temaional and local levels .The civilan system conceming pyramidal arrangement and spatial distribution and its types for civilian settlements for its great importance for peoples' life and its development .Specifying and putting developing policy is considered one of the most elements that contribute to realize the human development level and overcoming the difference phenomenon in levels of progress and growth development within one state and among different regions moreover : reducing the rural and civilian differences in developent level .

It also contributes in removing the differences among administrative units to find a state of balance with effective elements in development in order not to be changed into defects that stop the progress process and growing up as one mass and to prevent growing some certain regions on the cost of other regions.
