The study aimed to identify the burnout among the rulers of collective gaming values (football, basketball, volleyball and handball) and included a sample first-class sports collective rulers (football, basketball, handball and volleyball) registered within the sports federations totaling (61) judgment registered within the sports federations in the provinces (Babylon - Karbala - Najaf) has come to choose the manner of random research sample included as a sample search on some of the referees who are within the unions for collective games The researchers began to apply the burnout of the rule of athletic scale, consisting of (16) items on the sample's members (61) judgment, and who represent the rulers of first class registered within the sports federations collective games (football, basketball, handball and volleyball) in the provinces (Babylon - and Karbala - Najaf) and after the completion of the experiment, the researchers forms for the collection of members of the research sample and unloading of data in the tables in preparation for statistical analysis using the arithmetic mean and standard deviation shows that the arithmetic mean of the combustion Sports judgment values were high among respondents, the researchers attribute the cause of the combustion to the sports situation in country and interventions administrators, coaches and the public, and their objections to most of the referee's decisions in the Iraqi league.

And also caused an increase in burnout among the rulers.

And this has been verified from the first objective of this study which is to identify the values of burnout among the rulers of the mass games with the sample individuals.
