in law graduate, its job is investigating in the crimes that are committed by policeman exclusively according to the rules of the two items 5/6 of the law of ethics of P the regime of Iraq was changed on 2003 and for the importance of internal forces duties also these duties were organized by partial or common rules with the armored forces, then the criminal law was enacted special to the internal security forces for the first time in Iraq which is considered as a milestone and a rapid response by the Iraqi criminal enactor to enact an independent criminal law which tackles with the problems of this big and important category applying highest levels of discipline which are so important to organize the internal life of this category, therefrom comes the importance of this investigative session which is considered as a certain insurance to protect the common rights from a side and to ensure the rights of policeman from the other respect, for the importance of this subject and due to that the investigative session is considered one of the important subjects has a practical feature that is required for every security forces element plus for those who concerned about the legislations of internal security forces, going with the directions of the senior agent of the ministry of interior notified for us in his letter no.

4096 dated on 22/04/2012 including that the legal office has to hold training courses for all officers to explain the above mentioned law, also how to perform the procedures of investigative session by what ensured raising the level of the legal culture for the internal forces officers, thus for this purpose this study was, we will explain through this study and up to applied plan consists of fourteen steps of rules and ethics related with forming the investigative session, reasons and mechanism of its forming, the main contents and compulsory states of forming, its authorities also the crimes mentioned in K.A.
