Abstract EN

Wothoq Al – Dawla is the most important political personalities which appeared in the end of Gajarian era (1796 – 1925) which brought up and taught in the rulers castles of Gajarian , especially that his uncle (Ameen Al – Dawla) was one of these , when he became a young man his father has oppointed (Mutamad Al – Dawla) as his assistant in Collecting Azerbaijan's tax with the agreement of Nassir Al – Deen Shah .

As a result of standing rebels of the constitutioned movement against the treaty between Russia and Britain in 1907 which divided Iran into Russian influence areas in the north and a British in the south and an entral area in the Middle , Muhammad Ali Shah is obliged to leave the Country and appoint the Crown prince Ahmed Shah instead of him .

He has been chosen as a justice minister and finance minister after his winning the election of Shoura Council in 1909 .

Ahmed Shah once again has chosen Wothoq Al – Dawla in 7 Aug.

1918 to form government , he has been considered a betrayal by the opponents of holding the government between Iran and Britain in 1919 , he was hated and neglected by Iranian people accusing him of selling Iran to Britain to resign who was obliged to do that in 23 June 1920
