Abstract EN

This studyaims to focus on the reality of the phenomenon of high prices as an economic problem in Algeria, and to identify the contribution of the Hesba tool in treating this phenomen on through the theoretical rooting of the Hesba and Al-Muhtasib and mentioning the various guarantees provided by this system to treat the phenomenon of high prices.

Our big question is What are the main causes of the phenomenon of high prices in Algeria? And how does the Hesba tool contribute to treat the phenomenon of high prices? To achieve this objective, a descriptive and analytical approach was adopted, and the importance of this research lies in revealing the real causes of the high prices phenomenon in Algeria and clarifying the various guarantees provided by the Hesba tool to trea this phenomenon.

The results also demonstrated the ability of the Hesba tool to control the high prices, and this may lead to enhance the possibility of adopting the guarantees provided by this system to treat the phenomenon of high prices in Algeria currently.
