The electronic or cyber space is a field for expanding services, transactions and activities and reaching the largest number of people and gatherings in all countries of the world, exceeding the limits of time and space, but it is not without risks, as a result of electronic piracy and breaches known as cybercrime.

As electronic activity develops, criminal activity develops, and in return, methods of combating it have evolved, with the aim of providing greater protection and security, and ensuring the safe use of cyberspace, which led to the need for international and regional cooperation to confront it, which is imposed by the global character of cybercrime.
