Abstract EN

This study aims to address public policy from the perspective of participatory approach as reflecting, especially with the developments in public policy, and the tendency of various international bodies and institutions to embrace the concept of governance and good governance in their speeches, emphasizes the importance of the partnership between the State/various actors (citizens, civil society, private sector) in the design of effective public policies, To address societal problems and public governance, and achieve development.

This has resulted in the state abandoning its monopoly on policy-making, and it has given way to other community forces, primarily civil society organizations.
