This study aims to shed light on the importance of moving towards good governance to establish the rule of law in Algeria, as it is the cornerstone of the economic and social development model.

This study concluded that good governance cannot be achieved if there is no concerted effort between the state, civil society and the private sector in formulating a special national vision that reconciles the requirements of the internal environment with the influence of external factors, capable of overcoming the negatives and benefiting from the positive.

Algeria's approach to consolidate the rule of law and democratic freedoms requires a calm environment free of conflicts.
