Algeria has a forward-looking vision for the energy transition, as its embodiment requires an institutionalization framework that is based on an organizational, institutional and functional dimension.

we try, through this research paper, to examine the institutionalization as a regulator approach for the Algerian energy transition path, so that, the goal of this analyzing is to evaluate its effectiveness, while disengaging the networking and the complexity that surrounds it.

The study concluded that the organizational and institutional framework for the energy transition in Algeria is incomplete and pre-maturity as it needs to bridge the legislative gap and an institutional arrangement on the other hand.
