Abstract EN

This study aims to analyse the excutive decree N=°20-332 to clarify the manner of media activities practice, was it written or audio visual electronic media; on the internet as well as eluciditing the purpose of this decree that is considered the legislative frame for electronic media in ALGERIA.

And I winded up throughout a thorough analysis and critic for alot of what this decree contains of legal, to precise the conditions that the Algerian Legislators put in place, for the sake of individuals as well as institutions to practice electronic media activity on the internet, in addition to the commitments that they need to conform to or it would fall under the decided administrative procedures and finally, regulations of the right to respond and correction.
