C663This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of Total Quality Management in achieving the quality of health services provided to beneficiaries, Where emphasis was placed on pioneering experiences of health institutions that adopted the comprehensive quality management method with the aim of improving health performance and achieving the quality of health services, We have been relying on the descriptive analytical approach as the appropriate approach in this study, This study found that Total Quality Management has a great contribution to improving the quality of health services by establishing an internal environment that reflects positively on the psyche of the beneficiary, As well as improving the working conditions of health workers to achieve their job satisfaction and thus achieve the satisfaction of the beneficiaries of health services, This study recommended the need to benefit from the pioneering experiences of health institutions that have relied on the method of total quality management as one of the most important methods that contribute to improving the quality of health services provided to the beneficiaries and thus achieve their satisfaction.
