There is no doubt that the Qur'anic discourse is a discourse characterized by its words, structures and methods, and this speech aims to understand, influence and persuasion ,In order to understand and influence the other, the Qur'anic text uses several methods to clarify what is meant and to push what the addressee may have in his mind, such as phonetic elements, because they are of great importance because they are an important way of identifying meanings and distinguishing between structures.

As well as its importance in the phonetic aspect, so I have to write in the phonetic significance and indicate its impact on access to the meaning of the Koranic text, I chose a model for this, which is Surat Al-Lail.
