Abstract EN

This study aims at the legal and technical treatment of various aspects related to the algorithmic administrative decision through: defining its concept, studying its pillars and monitoring its most prominent applications, then discussing the challenges and problems that hinder the use of algorithms in administrative decision-making on the one hand, and proposing possible solutions on the other hand.

The study concluded that the adoption of an algorithmic administrative decision requires addressing the gaps in the idea of automated estimation, foremost of which is algorithmic bias.
