Abstract EN

This study seeks a theoretical presentation of the concept of e-health readiness, which is a prerequisite for the implementation of health digitization projects.

Therefore, the study will be presented with an explanation and analysis of e-health and readiness concepts, their benefits, methods of study, and methods of measuring and evaluating.

The study concluded that this concept is scientifically and practically important in implementing e-health plans, as the credibility of models related to measuring e-health readiness depends to a large extent on scientific studies in this field.

Therefore, integrated research agendas must be developed that combine the technical, human and social aspects of the concept of readiness in order to realize high levels of technological maturity in the field of e-health.
