the sysyems for monitoring the electoral process have always proven their failure and inability to organize free, fair and transparent election.

After the last constitutional amendment 2020 and organic law n°21-01, the legislator was forced to find newmechanisme to ensure the success of the electoral procee through the creation of the national committee to monitor the elections; and control the funding of electoral stations and the space for the use of corrupt oney, all of which are measures because they establish principles transparency, integrity and equality.
