Abstract EN
Research aims to explore the impact and influence of managerial factors of intenal environment in modifying the relationship between quality of academic teaching stafflife and happiness, also the effect of extenal environmental influence on life quality that surrounding the administrative system of Ministry of Higher Education, and diagnosing the happiness dimensions which was the cause of deterioration of their happiness.
The study samples taken are (62) individuals, represented by academic teaching staff, andmanagerial leadership.
The adapted statistical package for analyizing the statistical data was SPSS software.
The study have reachedto that more than (52.2% ) ofacademic teaching staff feels "happy" by (30-50)% , which alow feeling, because of the severe deterioration in providing "security and services" status, while the "cultural environment" ranked first in life quality factors and have achiened the first in dimenations of the "purpose of life goal", also the "managerial peocess" have accupied the highest level in the managerial factors.
Also the study results have shown, that the total managerial factors on the total life quality, in addition the available resources have played the role of variable moderate in recognizing the life quality.
The research recommends not to mix between life quality and standard of living which depends on income, the necessity to develope life quality factors, activating the role managerial factors in modifying the relationship between life quality and happiness, providing security, services, right residential neigh borhoods, necessary requirements suitable for them, activating the performance evaluation system, and increasing the financial, moral rewards for publishing, etc, in order to raise the moral, scientific and financial level of academic teaching staff.
