Abstract EN

This research aims to diagnose the actual reality for the Centre of research and development of oil and the extent of approaching the standards of Malcolm Baldrig's award as a prelude for the Iraqi award which is under study at the country level and standards derived from Malcolm Baldrig's award after that were identified strengths and weaknesses and determine the rates of the gap between reality and the degree of each criterion of the seven criteria for the award.

It was adopted a approach case of study to make a research and to benefit from theApplication of a set of statistical tools to meet the requirements and objectives of the research and see how the application and documentation of the center for the award criteria.

The research found a set of conclusions the most important of it is the center reach overall application of the requirements of the award criteria and generally varying degrees of verified the actual rates of the gap as well as a set of recommendations drawn by the research to fill that gap that qualify of the center of the full application for this award.
