Abstract EN

This research aims to diagnose the level of relationship and influence of strategic Agility in organizational superiority, in recognition of the importance of the topic itself as one of the important topics in administrative thought.

The research society was a number of private Colleges in Iraq, included (Economic Sciences college, ALmamonCollege, Albanycollege, AndAlnisoorcollege).

The research sample was selected from the middle and supervisory departments in these colleges.

The research used the questionnaire to obtain the information, (55) of which were distributed, (50) were retrieved, The analytical descriptive approach was used by using the Statistical Program (SPSS) to reach the results.

The research has reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is a positive correlation between the strategic dimensions of sensitivity, strategic sensitivity, collective commitment, resource liquidity and organizational superiority.

Strategic sensitivity and resource liquidity affect organizational superiority.
