تتناول هذه الدراسة أحد المجالات البحثية التي عرفت في العقود الأخيرة توسعا في العلوم الاجتماعية، ألا و هو موضوع الهجرة، و تهدف هذه الدراسة بالدرجة الأولى إلى رصد التحولات و المسارات التاريخية التي عرفتها الهجرة المغاربية بانتقالها من مرحلة التشجيع و اعتبارها قضية اقتصادية و اجتماعية، إلى مرحلة التجريم، و اعتبارها قضية أمنية حتمت على دول الاتحاد الأوروبي و على دول المغرب العربي تبني استراتيجيات و مبادرات أمنية و تشريعية شاملة وموسعة من أجل احتوائها و محاصرتها
Abstract EN
This study aims primarily to follow the historical transformations and trajectories that have defined Maghrebian immigration as it has moved from the stage of encouragement to the stage of criminalization.
These transformations have prompted the countries of the European Union and the countries of the Maghreb to adopt comprehensive security strategies and initiatives to besiege them.
