بالعربية: العمل الدبلوماسي لم يكن بمنآى عن آثار كوفيد-19 و التي مست بأسلوب عمله و موضوع اهتماماته، حيث دفعت تلك الآثار إلى تعزيز العالم الافتراضي للعمل الدبلوماسي، و تعزيز المقاربة الصحية في صلب اهتماماته، مما جعل الكثير من الدول تعيد حساباتها مع غيرها وفق مقتضيات هذه الأخيرة، و هو الأمر الذي عزز من احتمال طرح سيناريوهات جديدة للعالم - ما بعد جائحة كوفيد 19 - تستند على المقاربة الصحية في إعادة تكييف موازين القوة بين الدول.

Abstract EN
Diplomacy was not spared the impact of Covid-19, which has affected the way it functions and its concerns.
These effects have led to strengthening the virtual world of diplomatic work and have put the health approach at the centre, which has made many countries reconsider their actions with other countries according to their requirements.
This has enhanced the possibility of new scenarios for the post-Covid-19 world, based on a health approach, in readjusting the balance of power between states.
